Okay, so I saw this voice deal today for a salon manicure and pedicure for only $29!! It's at a salon in Phoenix (31st street and Lincoln). I've never actually been here, but my mom goes here for her hair and nails. I've never gone because it's rather expensive, but only $29 for really quality work is such a great deal. I definitely just bought it and I thought I'd share.
