So what do you all prefer?

So, I think I have narrowed down my choices for bridal hair and makeup.  But I am not sure if I want to go the salon route for my hair or have someone come on location.  So here is the question of the day....:)

If cost isn't a factor, what are you doing or what would you prefer...go to a salon to have your hair done on the wedding day or have someone come on location?  Do you think having separate people do hair and makeup is wise, or do you prefer having the same person do both?  Opinions welcome and appreciated!

    I'd prefer them coming to me (no salon).

    Wise to have one person do both if you can find one, but not a big deal if you have one person for hair and one for makeup.

    I am having them come to me, mainly because Troon North is really not near any salons.  I am having one person do hair and a separate person do make-up.  I think this will work out better because people can be getting their make-up done while others are getting their hair done, it will save time.

    Initially, I was going to have my hair & makeup done at Rolf's at Gainey. I wasn't super excited on how my trials came out & I realize that it's a 30 minute drive there & a 30 minute drive back to my house. Since then I've found a hairstylist & MUA who are coming to my house on the wedding day. It's so much more convenient, I like their work better than Rolf's & I don't have to worry about driving for an hour that day (I'm a little nervous about that) so I can sleep in a little longer! GL!

    Ideally I would have someone come to me.  It would save a lot of valuable time.

    I definitely prefer and am having both my makeup and hair persons come to my hotel.  Its much more convenient.  Less travel and room for error.  I am also having separate people for hair & makeup.  I just figured it would be better as I am going with the lady who cuts/styles my hair normally.

    Yeah, I think I am leaning towards having one person do both hair and makeup--thanks for the input ladies!
