I need a good (but reasonable) hair stylist!!!

I've been having the hardest time finding a good hairstylist here in Phoenix. No one I know seems to have any clues as to who might be a good deal. Do any of you have a suggestion of where I can look? Thanks!! Jenny

I adore my stylist- she did my hair for my wedding as well as does my hair regularly.  Her name is Brook and she's up at Wild Rootz Salon on 83rd and Union Hills.I think for a haircut it's $35-$40?  I always get full highlights, so I pay the same price for cut and color

PP - Also go to Wild Roots..my hair dresser is Kristy and I've been going to her for 10 years! Jenny - I have a lady that charges $65 for up-do. She did my sister's hair and my hair for my sister's wedding. She has 30+ years of experience. I'm going to have her do my up-do. She will do a trial before.. and doesn't charge for it. Let me know if its something you're interested in. I can send you pics of the up-do she did for me.

Wild Rootz = did you mean it is on 83rd AVE or ST and Union Hills?  Does she travel to you or do you have to go there?  Thanks!

I found a girl at Beauty Brands at 48th and Ray named Neda that I really like. I don't ask for much To me, a great stylist listens, and she does.

Wild Roots is on 83rd ave and Union Hills. Brook, my stylist, came to me on my wedding day with her best friend Jodie, my make up artist, also a stylist at wild roots specializing in updo's. They both rock! Brook has done my hair for 5 years now.
