Wedding dreams

Don't know if this has been discussed recently, so if it has, sorry. I've been having wedding dreams for about 2 or 3 months but last night was my first bad one that made me feel like a real zilla when I woke up.I started walking down the aisle (FI and guests were there) then realized my dad wasn't with me and my flowers were a tiny shrub of mint green and lavender berries. So I ran back down the aisle and found my dad still wearing clothes and screamed at him (distrubing in myself) to get dressed, to which he responded "it's okay, we have time." So I screamed some more and insisted he go change. I went to call the florist and told her the flowers were wrong and she said "I didn't feel like doing it."The whole thing had me feeling irritable when I woke up.Anyone else have any weird wedding dreams to share?

I have a reoccuring nightmare where it's a half hour before the ceremony and I have no makeup on and my hair is not done.  I haven't even showered.  And everyone has already left for the church.  It goes on and on from there.  The dream is full of panic and anxiety and I can't shake it for a while after waking up.  It's just awful!

I had my first wedding nightmare last night. Somebody had forgotten to bring the escort cards and table name cards that I had worked so hard to complete. Mom took out a pen and wrote down table names and I cried and told her the names she picked only pertained to my interests, not anything to do with FI and I as a couple. Then she told me we didn't really need place cards--the people could just sit wherever they wanted. I had no idea where FI was during all of this. I woke up soooo bummed out.

I haven't had any but my friend got married 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. Her hubby works at the museum where they were having their reception and the Thursday before the wedding she had a nightmare about not having enough chairs.  So, she begged him to check and sure enough there were only like 60 chairs (200 guests) so she had to rent chairs last minute and ended up having to fork over $600 for them, being last minute and all! So sometimes dreams should be taken seriously!

I asked my dad to promise me that if I tell him he needs to get dressed, he will.

My wedding nightmares are usually some form of this:I wake up one random day, and am informed that my wedding will be TODAY, even though it isn't my date yetNo invitations have been sent out, vendors have not been notified of the date change, and I am far from ready to get married.I get ready by myself, and no one is to be found. Not a single guest, not my mom, not my FI, no one. Then I wake up and feel like crying until I realize how glad I am that I still get to have my wedding. :)

I've had two wedding nightmares. One is where I'm trying on strapless dresses (hate strapless) and they won't stay on and I keep having to pull them up.The other is the not ready dream.  It's about an hour before the wedding and my hair isn't done or my make up and I have my glasses on and not my contacts (even though I had lasik so I don't need either).  My dress is completely wrong and ripped.  I can't find anyone to help me out.  Talk about a nightmare.

So you think you have funky dreams now....they get better (LOL)   Last night, FI and I woke up and both of us had a simular dream...We forgot our rings at home (we are getting married in Laughlin this weekend) and my dress was too short. Funny thing is they had to take off over 6 inches from my dress because I am so short.  And when we were packing things tonight, we left the rings on the dresser and when we were sitting there thinking of things we may forget...I saw the ring bag sitting there.  So, sometimes, LISTEN TO YOUR DREAMS!!!!
