$100 per person for just about everything is an AMAZING deal in my opinion!  My food and beverage alone costs more than $100 per person!  In fact, it seems a little to good to be true to me, I would make sure the quality of the DJ, decor, flowers, etc, is at least decent.

I would say that is about right. Be sure to find out about gratuity and tax (probably not included in the $30,000). I am paying just under $100 per person for a 4 hr open bar and sit down meal (but that does not include my cake, DJ, photographer, flowers, decor, etc) - so I'm thinking you've gotten a good deal :)

That sounds like a GREAT deal! Plus it's all inclusive so you won't have to worry about a thing and only one contact to deal with!  I have never heard of that place, but as long as the bride likes it, go for it!  :-)

Like PP, I would just be concerned with the quality.  The all inclusive places are great, but sometimes they can limit your creativity.  I would make sure that you like the flower options, photographer's style, and taste/look of the food and cake.  I think a good deal is relative for each person, so if you love it, and it is in your budget, then it's a good deal.

Many of the hotels and resorts offer all inclusive packages, but it would probably be a littler pricier.  Some other all inclusive wedding venues include:Portico in GilbertAshley ManorThe Castle at Ashley ManorThe Wright HouseThe Farm at South MountainAldeaThere are lots more, but that's all I can think of right now.

It does sound like a good deal - I'm gonna check them out myself - my plan is to get everything covered with the fewest number of vendors possible...I HATE CONTACTING ALL OF THOSE DIFFERENT COMPANIES!  Don't know if this helps, but I just signed with Tiramisu Studios today for photography and videography if you're still looking for those services - they have awesome deals right now...good luck!
