Bridal Party Kid Question

So I am thinking that instead of having to make exceptions for kids at the wedding I would just incorporate the few that we want there in with the bridal party. I have 3 nephews (one will still be too young to do anything) and 1 niece and my fiance has 1 girl cousin (15 and 1 boy cousin 13) My thoughts were to have my youngest nephew as the ring bearer niece as the flower girl and oldest nephew, boy cousin and girl cousin as ushers to help seat guests. But I am wondering if asking a girl (especially that age) to be an usher is weird. I would ask her to be a junior bridesmaid or whatever, but I already have 10 girls standing up with me.Any thoughts are appreciated!!

having her as an usher isn't weird at all. I kind of like it.

I don't see anything wrong with a female usher. I am having a younger girl pass out the wedding programs, I think it is kind of a "female"ish job. I don't really think it matters. If it works for you, then do it. I think it's a great way to involve the kids you are close to.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this!  We had my cousins (3 girls, 3 guys) help guests with taking gifts to the reception room and showing them to the ceremony area.  It was super helpful since we had our wedding at a museum where everything was spread out.  If you don't want to do that though, you can have her pass out programs, or tend to the guestbook.
