hey! has anyone used/is using any teeth whitening for their wedding? which ones do you recommend?

For me, Plus white (the cheap kind in the tube you get at drug stores) works best.  My teeth are super white, but you have to start early.  I take a little bit out (dont use a mouthpiece, just get a pea sized amount!) and just put it on the front 6 teeth on the top one day, leave it on for 5-6 minutes, and brush it off.  Then the next day I do the bottoms.  You need to make sure to hold your mouth open, but once you get used to it its like second nature.  Do this for a month and your teeth will be super white.  The bottle will last the whole time, and costs about 5 dollars.

I use the Crest white strips and those work well !

I went to the dentist for professional whitening called sapphire whitening.  Not worth the money!  I had to do it professionally because I have some composite/bonding on some teeth. I have heard great things and have friends who have used crest white strips and they work good.  Also crest 3D vivid white toothpaste works good, better than the bleaching did for me! HTH
