Hi Phoenix Knotties!I own a townhouse in Scottsdale and my renter is moving out, so I need to rent it again. I figured I would put it on here in case anyone knows someone who is looking!2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2 story townhouse with an attached garage. WHen I bought it 3 years ago I redid everything, all of the tile downstairs, carpet upstairs, appliances (all black), cherry wood cabnets, countertops, etc. The entire interior was recently painted as well. It is in South Scottsdale, in between ASU and Old Town. Great area, very nice complex, the HOA takes wonderful care all of the common areas. I am renting it for $850 per month, which is much less than the others in the complex, but I really just want to get someone in there that will take good care of it and cover my mortgage.
