Chair Rentals

Hi All! I am beginning the long task of looking for either chiavari chair rentals or just getting chair covers.

I have been getting some quotes from California based companies who deliver to AZ and have been getting some fairly inexpensive prices ($4 - 5.50 a chair!) It makes me a little nervous though relying on someone to ship them on time.

Anyone have good and affordable experiences with anyone in the valley? Or has anyone rented from out of state and have any advice/feedback?

I would try tri rentals and why not party rentals.  I have heard they have the best pricing.  I haven't looked into either, so I can't be sure.  That's so weird that they would ship the chairs... I've never heard of that before haha!

I am going with Tri Rentals, they are great.  I do not remember how much exactly they are though, but they were in line with the other quotes I got.  I would be wary of a few things with those out of town companies.  First, they are out of town and the chance of something happening and them not getting there is greater.  Second, that is really cheap for a chivari chair, so I question the quality.  And lastly, I am going to guess that the delivery charge is out of this world and will negate any savings you get by going with them.

I was thinking the same things.... But when you see the cost for less than half what you've been quoted you get excited

Tri Rentals, ProEm, Y Knot and Pacific Event Productions are big players in Phoenix.
Also, wedding planners have established relationships and discounts with vendors, so to save you time and money it could be a consideration to help with all the details of your big day.
