Opinion On Cater.. And a little advice please?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Classic Catering? Good or bad? We are going to try to schedule a tasting on thursday and want to know what to expect.

Should we let them know right off the top the budget we have in mind for the dinner??

I do not know anything about this particular caterer, but you should tell them your budget right off the bat!

Yeah, you definitely don't want to fall in love with the steak and lobster dinner if it's out of your budget Although, I have found that many vendors view your budget as the base price without taxes and service charges.
