Officiant suggestions?

Hi Everybody,

My husband and I have already been married in a very small ceremony, with just my parents there. We decided to get married and have a wedding later, which is being planned now.

We want to have the ceremony again because neither of our families were able to see us get married, and it means a lot to both sides to be there for it. Neither one of us are religious and will not be having that type of ceremony. We are basically having a vow renewal, but I'm not sure who we're supposed to have serve as the officiant?

We're already married... so I dunno - any suggestions for the Phoenix area?

We are using Pastor Mark Faul - http://www.tperfectwedding.net/

He is really flexible and will make the ceremony what you want it to be.  Easy to work with and I highly recommend him. You can basically write the ceremony if you want to and he will just read it.  Or, he will do the entire thing.  What ever you want to do is basically what he told us.

I also really like this guy but he was booked -

We are using Matt Nathanson from firstofficiant.com

I would definitely check him out..we're an interfaith couple, neither one wanting a religious ceremony, but a spiritual and meaningful one...Matt has worked so well with us...
Good Luck!!!  Feel free to private message me if you'd like more detailed info!

We're using Phil Waring.  He's very nice and funny, customizes the ceremony how ever you like, and its says on the website that they do vow renewals (which is what it sounds like you guys are sort of doing and may be a smaller fee).

I'm using Rev. Giovanni. We met with several officiants and we loved him best. (It was actually a toss-up between him and Rev. Bernie for me but the FI like Rev.G) He's got a great sense of humor, will guide you towards the ceremony you want, AND he's one of the cheaper ones.
