AZ marriage license/certificate?

Hi all! I was married 11/7/09 and am wondering when I can expect my certified marriage certificate in the mail? It's been a month and I haven't received anything.  Several people told me I should have already received it, but I am thinking with the gov't maybe things are slower? 

Can anyone tell me how long it took you to receive your marriage certificate? 

I need it so I can start changing my name on accounts, etc.  Thanks!

    Mine took 3 weeks. They told me to expect it to take 3 weeks from when they received it. But you've got the holiday in the middle of your 3 weeks so it could have taken longer. Are you sure your officiant sent it in right away?

    I was told a month and mine arrived about 5 weeks later.

    And I'm currently in the process of chaning my name without paying the $30 for the kit online.  If you need help just let me know :)
