Bridal Shower Locations-Cleveland Area

I am trying to help my maid of honor find a bridal shower location. My shower will be held in March and we need to find an inexpensive location that we can rent for 35ish people. We also need a space where we can bring in our own alcohol and food.

I would prefer if the location were on the East or West side, but not south or really far from Cleveland.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Don Umerley Civic Ctr in Rocky River, St. Clarence in N. Olmsted (you can bring your own food for showers, just not receptions), Lake Erie Nature & Science Ctr (Bay Village), Lorain County Fairgrounds (has buildings available to rent), Avon Knights of Columbus hall, Avon Lake VFW.

Bain Cabin in Fairview Park and the Westlake Rec Center are good for showers and you can bring your own food, but neither allows alcohol.

With a guest list that small, you might also see if you or a relative or bridal party member lives in a condo or apartment complex with a party room. Often, those rooms are available to residents for pretty low rates and you can bring your own food/beverage/whatever. I've attended a few showers in such locations. Also, if you have connection to any church halls, that might be another option.

I had 2 showers and both were about 35-40 guests each. Both showers were held at people's houses.

I would say the cheapest would be looking into area rec centers or the metroparks.  The Nature Center in the Rocky River Metroparks has a nice room.

Shaker Lakes Nature Center is pretty cheap and allows alcohol.  Pretty much every city has rooms in the rec center for cheap if you're a resident... but no alcohol.  Any Case affiliation?  You can rent places at the farm and not use the caterers as long as you spend under $500.  I think the alumni house has some great rooms you can use for social things as well.
