Just met with this caterer - and think this is way we plan on going. 

Has anyone been at one of their events or talked with them (they do a lot of events at Regency Garden in Mesa).

I would check out the reviews on Wedding wire.  I have never heard of them, but I just looked them up and it looks like they have been getting really good reviews on that site.

I would agree with you.  I tend to just do a double check before I hire anyone.

They will be doing a dessert reception for my wedding.  They have rave reviews and do alot of catering for celebrities and noted personalities.

We booked them also.  I've heard lots of good things about them and I really liked Chef Tim when we met with him.
