Caterer Recommendations?

Ok, so now that I am back from holiday vacation, I figure I better get a move on on planning.

Next on my list is caterers.  Anyone have any recommendations?  So far, I plan on looking at Heidi's, but haven't narrowed down to anyone else. 

Thinking I want to do a plated dinner...

I have a boat load of recommendations!  Heidi's is great, Santa Barabara, Atlasta, Ventura, Michael's, Arizona Taste, Continental are all great caterers that can do plated meals.  I have worked with all of these caterers for past events I have done, and I feel very comfortable recommending all of them!  They range in price, but all are great!

Ugh - although I forgot to price in silverware/plates in my budget!

As strange as it sounds, Mesa Public Schools is a great caterer! We have been to several weddings that have used them, the food and service has always been great, and now we are using them for our wedding. AND the pricing is simply unbeatable! They have tons of menu options, and can do plated or buffet. They also have china options that are extremely well-priced. I know it sounds weird, but they are totally worth checking out!
