If you're looking for a seamstress to do your alterations I highly recommend Mari Torres from A Touch of Class Alterations. She did an AMAZING job and her prices are great. I paid $240 to have my dress hemmed, taken in at the top, and for my bustle. I have a 9 point bustle so I knew it was going to cost a bit more, but anywhere else it would've cost me an arm and a leg! She also added a panel of fabric to the back for free becase you could see my crinoline in one spot where it laces up.
