I'm sorry but you can't advertise for contests on here. You should delete your post before it gets deleted by TK.

Some mods do delete them...  and if boards are being overrun with the same type of posts, sometimes they need to be more because it just gets annoying and interferes with conversational posts.  This board is slow enough, and the posts for things like these are so few and far between that it's not really an issue.

It's been discussed between mods quite a bit though, and solicitation in the TOS is in reference to posts for selling/advertising goods and services type things.  Contest posts have mostly been left up to mod discretion.

I'm more of the opinion that supporting each other in contests and goals is good for community and a nice way to help each other out.
