So I'm getting married at a place that includes caterer/dj/cake/pastor, etc.....  Are we still expected to tip? if so how much since the price the venue gave me isn't broken down between different items but rather just one big number....  Thanks for the advice!

    You don't have to tip separately.  I think we just tipped the coordinator's and they may give a portion to all those people.  We were in the same situation.
