Hey ladies-
I know there are a few of us that are having our weddings at TreBella! How exciting!
I have my first meeting with Kim next week...have any of you had yours?  I would love to know what you are doing?
I think we are picking out our linens and centerpieces.  I can't wait!

We are meeting with Kim sometime this month for our linens appt. The centerpieces we already did (you'll have to go to the florists location for that) I'm really excited about this meeting...I've been obsessing over the look of the tables for like three months. lol

I did talk to her in January and she said she will schedule our first meeting closer to mid year since our wedding is October. When is your wedding AppleMarie?

I can't wait to meet with her! We looked at everything she had when we went to book the venue and I was going nuts over all the choices! Keep me posted I am so exited to hear about what you ladies choose!

Oh by the way, what are you doing for a cake? I wasn't sure until I saw Kim's cup cake stand and I fell in love! She said I could use it so I am leaning toward that now because it is so darn cute!

Oh and how are you setting up the reception hall? I kinda want our dance floor in the middle of the room, but I like it on the end as well....

We are getting married Oct 24th.

I will keep you posted on what I choose...Im so excited!  I talked with her yesterday and she said we are talking about linens and decor...I can't wait!

I like the dance floor in the middle...I went to an open house with all the tables on one side toward the end and I felt so unattached sitting over there away from everything.  So I will play around and see...

We are ordered a traditonal cake....but thecupcakes are a cute idea.  I would love to do a candy buffet...but I don't know.

What are you going to do for the ceremony room.....the aisle and the front?
Are you doing anything like sand or untiy candle ceremony?  I can't make up my mind?
How many bridesmaids do you have? I have 4...I will need to figure out I will situate them in the front...

So many things to think about!

Wow! So all three of us are October Tre Bella Brides? I'm the 10th, Apple's the 24th and Marissa is the 30th? Has anyone met with the DJ yet? I'm nervous about that one

Nyc- Me too! And so is my Fiance.  And I think that appt with the DJ is closer to the end...

We should meet at an upcoming open house int he future...that would be fun!!!

I think I may do something simple in the ceremony room. When I went to an open house, my "this is it" moment was when I first turned the corner and saw the ceremony room. Kim had it lit in a light pink with these crystals hanging across the back and there were rose petals down the asile. I almost cried! I want to stick pretty close to that because I loved it! Althogh I may have the uplighting in a soft white or blue since it is my wedding color. I am going to do uplights in both rooms. It looks so cool on those white walls IMO.

I haven't sat down to figure out the ceremony, but I think I am going with a wine ceremony. We are BIG wine people, so it fits us. We have kept the corks from every bottle of wine we've ever shared (cheesy, I know) and wrote the date with little reminders of why we had that bottle so we are doing a mini wine theme at the wedding. The collection of corks is on our kitchen table and makes a fun conversation piece. hehe

Oh something to think about! I went to a wedding that had a similar space like Tre Bella, long and narrow. The bride had the chairs set up at an angle and it looked great! I am going to try to illustrate...

Haha! Ok So it is a horrible picture but I hope it give you an idea. The chairs were not at such an extreme angle as my illustration, but they were angled and I think it gave everyone a better view and it looked really nice in the space...Just a thought for you both!

Oh and Kim called me! I am meeting with her next Friday! Yay!

Hi Ladies! I'm having my reception on Oct 17 at Tre Bella! My fiance's dad is marrying us in his church in Phoenix.  We picked our linens a few weeks ago and I am in love! I can't wait to see the room when it's put together.  I'm also leaning toward having the dance floor in the middle as opposed to the end of the room.

I'm using Radiant Photography (they are incredible!!). They shot a wedding at Tre Bella a couple months ago and said the DJ was great. He wasn't too loud or too involved, in fact they said they barely noticed him, just the music. Which I think is great!  I'm not a fan of chessy DJs :-)

We have a family friend making our cake, but if that falls through I'm going to use Nancy Ray (Exclusive Cakes). I spoke with her on the phone and she's very well priced. She's also less than a mile from Tre Bella so you won't have to worry about high delivery fees.

I think I am going to have my dance floor in the middle too. I am so glad you have someone that told you about the DJ! Phew! Feels good!!
