Oh so productive this weekend :)

This weekend was GREAT for our wedding. We had a few big items to finish and I am so happy they are done.

The sleeves for my dress came in (scheduling my first fitting later this week and an appointment with my veil designer!)

We had our menu tasting and finalized out entire menu!

We picked our cupcakes flavors and designs as well as the small cutting cake.

I discussed the grooms cake with the baker and gave them the flavors.

and last but not least... my friends and I folded and assembled ALL of our invites. I just need to go to the post office to get the rsvp postcard stamps and find out the cost on mailing my pretties so I can finish addressing and sealing them up to ship out throughout the week!!! WOO HOOO!!!!!!!!

    I feel so behind on invites! I need to get going! Don't you feel like you are doing wedding things every weekend now?

    YES! I was actually just thinking that on the way to work this morning. Now that I am under 3 months (as are you too I believe) I feel like any spare time is spent on wedding stuff. I jsut can't wait for these invites to go out. The stamps alone cost me $140 today!  :/

    I love your sleeves! I definitely want cap sleeves, too. Are you doing postcard RSVP cards? I was just thinking that it would be a great way to save on postage, but wasn't sure if it was a "normal" thing to do. Do you like them? Were they less expensive? Glad to hear things are going so well for you!

    SMS! I am so excited! Absolutely can't wait, but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with all that is left to do in such little time! Ouch on the postage!

    MG- Postcards are great, but most invitation kits or ones purchased at a shop don't have a postcard option.  I wanted to do postcards, but it would have cost me more to make my own postcards than I would have saved on postage :(
