I think we've decided on a venue in Fountain Hills. We're goign to have a lot of out-of-town guests and would like to reserve rooms at the Radisson at Fort McDowell, just based on the amount of activities to do there (casino, nice pool, restaurant, etc.).
Now we have to figure out how we get guests from the hotel to the venue. We considered doing the wedding at the Radisson, but I didn't like the actual reception site. The hotel offers a shuttle within a 5-mile radius, but I think our venue site is just out of that mileage.
So, I guess my question is - I'm looking for a way to transport 50 or so guests about 8 miles on a Saturday afternoon. Party bus? Shuttle? Something not immensely budget-breaking?
