Hello. I got married on March 28th and I wanted to share my vendor reviews. I didn't have a bad experience with any of them so they are all positive reviews. Also, we did have a smaller sized budget because we saved up for the wedding on our own. Sorry it's long.
Ceremony: Japanese Friendship Garden - We fell in love with this place. Communication with Diana was overall good. They provided chairs, tables and access to their tea house. Parking was easy for the guests and for the bridal party. It's a beautiful site!
Reception: Radisson Phoenix City Center - When we searched for a location cost was a big factor. The Radisson worked out because they charge a $150 facility fee and everything else is the food and beverage costs. Communication was ok but the catering manager left in Nov. and her replacement left in Jan. Rochelle the Dir. of Sales ended up being my contact. She wasn't new but since she was out of the loop, certain info had to be reiterated. I had a buffet style dinner which I was very happy about. Guests went back for 2nd and 3rd's. The staff which worked on the wedding day made everything go smoothly. They were great!
Flowers: Ever After Florals - Jen is very professional, fun and super nice. Her quote was affordable and within my budget. She was great with communication and I never had an issue changing quantity and colors. When I saw my flowers I was so happy to see they were exactly was I envisioned. They were perfect.
Photographer - Memories by Karen - Karen was great on the day of and during the planning process. The day of the wedding we didn't have a lot of time at the garden for photos and she was great at giving direction and having everybody set up for photos quickly. She also did our engagement photos which turned out great. If you want to see the wedding pics let me know, she just recently posted them online. I love my photos.
Minister - Rev. Randy Williams w/ Phoenix Wedding Pastors - Randy truly made our ceremony amazing. Guests laughed and cried during our ceremony. Randy is great at what he does and I would highly recommend him.
Videographer - Firebush Media Group - Sam is the person who ended up shooting my wedding ceremony. I didn't meet him prior to the wedding because he was set up by Randy Williams but I didn't stress about it. I was happy that he was available on a short notice. He had my video ready in two weeks and sent my copies in the mail. I am really happy with the final product.
DJ: MT Sounds - Matthew Davis was referred to me by another DJ who was not available on my day. Matthew was awesome! My guests requested many songs through out the night and he played them with no hesitation. My family love to dance and we partied until 11:30pm on a SUNDAY!! He was affordable and I had him for 6 hours.
Ceremony: Billy Fourt was referred to me By Randy Williams. I gave Billy free range on what to play but we did go over certain artists/songs I liked best. I had many guests tell me they loved I had a guitarist and they really liked the songs he played. He really created a wonderful atmosphere I was looking for. The only issue I had was that he was slow in responding to e-mails and phone calls.
If you want to see a couple pictures, I posted a few in my profile under the photos tab. Thanks for reading my reviews!!!!
