Desintation Wedding in Sedona, need local advice

My Fiance and I are getting married at Red Rock Crossing next summer. We will be traveling with 40 people all together. We are looking for an intimate beautiful place to have a small reception after the ceremony. We are also having a reception back home so I'd like to keep this in a realistic budget. Any spots you may know of that have character?

    Hi there,
I am getting married in may in Sedona.  I am using heart of sedona wedding planner laura.  She is AMAZING and I am sure she would have a perfect spot for you.  I am getting married at talaqupaque and the reception is at L'Auberge.  Let me know if you needs any names I am almost done with my details and I am so happy with my vendors.

I'm getting married in Sedona too at the Sedona Golf Resort. I love it b/c of the views of the red rocks it offers. It's a very pretty location. With only having 40 guests I'm sure the reception would be very affordable too.

We just got married in Sedona at the Poco Diablo Resort.  We had about 75 guests, but they also do much smaller groups, so they might be an option.

We also looked at Los Abrigaodos, which was our second choice, and the Sedona Golf Resort.

If you are looking for something less traditional, maybe try some of the restaurants up there.  I know Heartline Cafe is supposed to be awesome, and has a seperate room, not sure how many it holds.

Also, we met some people while we were there that were getting married at Oak Creek Country Club, and a friend of mine recently had a friend have their reception at a bed and breakfast up there.  Not sure what it is called, but the pics were cute.

Tammy, I am also using Heart of Sedona weddings...how did it go for you?  Sounds like you really liked Laura.  Any advice or reccommendations you could give me would be great.  Thanks!!

Hi there, we are getting married in October at Amara Resort and Spa and it's also a small wedding-35 people. We also looked at Sedona Rouge, they had this amazing rooftop that had an amazing view of the red rocks and would be perfect for 30-50 people. It even has a bar on the rooftop and I think a firepit. You can have music there until 9pm too. We chose Amara Resort b/c it was closer to the creek and the ceremony site is fantastic but it was a hard decision between the two. Good luck!
