Help!! Indoor, affordable reception venue?

I have just started my search for a reception venue in Phoenix and I am beyond frustrated already! I have a total budget of somewhere between $10,000-15,000, and I cannot seem to find a reception venue that can accommodate 125-150 people in that price range. I can't spend my whole budget on venue and food! Any ideas are very much appreciated!!! I'm trying to find something in the Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria or Tempe area. Nothing too far east, as I'm getting married at a church in the west valley. Oh, and also just to add to the fun, I'm getting married in July, so it has to be an indoor reception site. I need help!!

I found Tre Bella to be fairly affordable, and it's an indoor only site. There've been some great reviews of that venue too.

It's very modern and looks beautiful. Their inclusive packages are fairly priced as well.
    Hope this helps!

Regale at DC Ranch is in Scottsdale but I would look into it because of their introductory prices. The venue comes with catering, photography, DJ, cake,
flowers, and more included for under $15,000. I know this because a friend of mine is getting married their with 150 guests. Pictures from the websiite look awesome.

Since your getting married in the west valley have you checked out the Estrella Vista reception center? They have affordable prices and it's a beautiful place. Its where we are doing our reception and we have a small budget too. Www.EVRC.net

Definitely look into Regale!! I'm getting married there in October, and Tony & Linda are amazing to work with. They will fit a package into your budget, and the whole venue is very unique.

Look at my posting for Regency Garden. they do all inclusive down to invites for about $10,000. DJ, Cake, food, invites, flowers for bridal party.. If i had that $ i would have done all inclusive pack. but i just booked for ceremony / recep. and get our own vendors. even though I am booking another guy through their DJ. he was only $495!

In Glendale there is a Banquet Hall named La Soiree we are having two weddings on two days one Indian and one American. Our Indian will be held there. The owner is nice and while the location is in a strip mall the inside is very nice. You can bring in your own caterer and alcohol and she provides servers and bartenders as well as linens and plates and gold chiviari chairs as part of an inexpensive package. We are having our Indian ceremony at a south west valley Temple so location was a concern for me too. She can hold as much as 300 people I believe and 10-15,000 is plenty of budget to have a very nice wedding there.
