My FI and I went to Nick's Menswear at Arrowhead Mall in Glendale yesterday to look for his outfit for our formal, outdoor winter wedding. The owner, Mr. Fink is fantastic! The FI has always worn suits for church and whatnot, but this is time the suit needed to be extra special- and it is!
Mr. Fink pulled suits for FI and measured him so that the fit was perfect. He knows what he's talking about and has the best taste in suits. The store is small and welcoming and selection is large. FI got to try on the suits and Mr. Fink had several ties picked out for him and even laced up the shoes he was trying on for FI!
The suit that FI chose is a three piece (jacket, vest and pants) suit in a handsome black, fitted cut that came out to only $170, when we added a gorgeous white paisley tie and the white shirt- with taxes the total was $228 and he now has a well made, perfect fitting suit for the wedding.
FI was happy and felt confident in the way he looked- It reminded me of when girls find the right dress and they stand a little taller and smile a little bigger. I think that brides tend overlook the emotions of the groom when it comes to the wedding, and I felt so happy that he felt good and looked great! The shop, and the owner, Mr. Fink created a great experience for my groom and I highly recommend it!
