I was just re-looking through your Bio again and I've started trying to decide if I want to do pocketfold invitations.  Would you mind sharing how much yours ended up costing total, they look so great :)

    a fortune! sorry - I don't know the exact amount at the moment but because I custom made them it cost me a ton to get the die cut, I got the most expensive paper ever and had a ton of inserts. I will try to find the spreadsheet with the exact amount, but if you really like the layout I own the die cut now so you can use it for free. If oyu go with a less expensive paper/envelope than I did (i had myheart set on metalic) they won't be bad at all.
