All Inclusive Venues

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a Venue that has an all incluvsive package(Ceremony & Reception).
I'd really like the Ceremony to be outside, kind of like a garden feel almost. We are looking to have 50-100 people and kind of on a tight budget. We are looking at November, but we are thinking that might be a bad time for our out of state guests to fly because of the Holidays. So, we are now thinking of bumping it up to October, which is perfect weather to have a Wedding outside in AZ.

Any ideas would be helpful!! :)

Re: All Inclusive Venues

  • Can you give us a better idea of your budget? It might help some! Also, what part of town are you looking for?

Boojum tree (http://www.boojumtree.com) in NPHX is really, really pretty. They offer an all inclusive, but they also offer a package that includes everything except food. I think that package is a little better, IMO because they allow a couple of restaruants to cater, and I like restaurant catering better because it is cheaper and I think the food tastes better.

November typically is high wedding season here, so it is a little higher priced most places. A package like I described (without catering) is $8200 on a Saturday in November, but drops to under $5000 if you did a Sunday in September or January. I had a catering quote from an italian restaurant they allow quote me $20pp for a four course meal.

Some other all inclusive places to check out:

Good luck! And come back and let us know what you find!

  • Regency Gardens in Mesa, Inside the Bungalow in Mesa both fit that.
Inspirador in Chandler, Villa Siena also in Chandler, and The Secret Garden in Phoneix all offer that. Many valley golf courses offer that also, as does Windmill Winery in Florence. West valeey, try Aldea at Tlaquepaque. Hope that helps.

  • Try Virginia's House in Glendale.  It's not the best area, but if you can get past that you will get a great deal.  Probably under $5000 including catering.  It's cute, it's worth checking into!

  • It's a pretty tight budget. We aren't the ones paying for the Wedding, my family is. So It'd be nice to keep it down to 6,000. I really don't know if that's even possible if we are looking for a Ceremony AND Reception.

We are looking around the Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler area. And we are even considering maybe Sedona. We are going up there this weekend for the Bridal Show to see what venues are up there.
  • Try the Antique Wedding House in Mesa (http://www.antiqueweddinghouse.com/services.asp) Their packages fit in your price range perfectly. I had a friend who had her reception there and it was lovely, and the food was surprisingly really delicious!

I'll also be up in Sedona this weekend! Have fun!

  • Aldea Weddings in Glendale does absolutely everything! They have 3 levels to choose from. We went with the middle package which was $17,000 for a Saturday, but we decided to go with a Monday since most of our guests will be here on vacation anyway. Just changing the date to a weekday brought the price to $10,800 and still includes everything but the invitations and our attire :) I'm sure the other package on a weekday would be even cheaper, it's definitely something to consider. They've made my wedding planning a breeze by providing amazing vendors to choose from and they also were on four weddings on tlc! Good luck to you :)
