Affodable photoghrapher

I have posted this in the past but I cant seem to find my post. So I am looking for an affordable photographer but that is also very good. We are trying to stay close to the $1000 range. I know that is hard but  in this economy  a lot of photographers are willing to negotiate. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

I would contact Nia with Noyan Photography...  I'm sure she could work out some sort of a package with you around that budget range.    She's awesome to work with, very sweet, and a really talented photographer!    I'm going through her for my b-pic session.

We are using Raw Canvas Photography for our wedding. It was 850.00 total with 6 hours of time, all edited images and copyrights, and an album included. We added an engagement session which brought it to $1000.00 exactly. She has been great to work with so far.

I actually found my lady on Craigslist while she was offering a deal. She is only charging $550 for 6 hours and her pictures are adorable, her prices are probably higher now but still less than $1000 I'm sure. She majored in photography in school and seems like she loves her job! It's chickypoophotography.com and she is giving me a great deal on engagement pics too. She's very fun. I guess we'll truly see in November. Oh yeah, and she gives you a cd with full copyrights which was imporant to us!

I'm using Andrew and Emily from andrewjadephoto.com.  I was actually going to do a post about my engagement pictures I just got back, so you can look at that post for my pictures!  They were amazing and you get two photographers for the price of one.  They're a husband and wife team, just amazing and work so well together!  I would def contact them, we just booked them for our reception only since we're not getting married here.  I'm sure they will work a package to stay in your range.

I used Ivy, the Pic Chick, and we ended up spending $900 for 8.5 hours of photography, photo retouching, and every photo on a CD with full rights. She was fabulous and we really loved her!! She is highly rated on Wedding Wire and we when we got our wedding photos back from her we were beyond thrilled! I am meeting her next week to do a pin-up style photoshoot as a surprise for my hubby for Valentine's Day
