Bridal Expo 3/21

So I received an email about the bridal expo next weekend. Has anyone been to this one (Great Bridal Expo)? Will it be a waste of time, should I just wait for the Bridal Fashion Debut in June?  My Fiance and I are looking for a photographer, videographer and invitations.

IMO, it was a waste of time.  There were only a handful of vendors, and I wasn't interested in most of them (Mary Kay, DB, Men's Warehouse etc). 

The Bridal Fashion Debut... My oh my! I felt like I needed two days to spend at that one!  It will blow your socks off in comparison to the Great Bridal Expo haha!  Most vendors show up to this one, so there are lots of catering and cake tastings, rental displays, beauty treatments/spas, photogs, venues, florists etc. 

If you are looking on going just to have a night out, then I would say go! You might even win some prizes!  However, if your true goal is to find vendors, then you might just want to hold out.

To speed up the time you spend at each booth, bring stickers preprinted with your name, address, email address, telephone number and wedding date.  It makes entering raffles much easier.  Also, create a spam wedding account.  You will need this even to register for the show, because they sell your information.  I get calls/emails/mailings from Tucson bridal shows in North Carolina! I never even went to a Tucson show! Grr

Be weary of the prizes you "win." Any pans/dishes/glassware companies are a scam.
