Sedona Help

I am planning on getting married in June 2011, right now my fiance and I are trying to decide between a small wedding ceremony and reception in Sedona or Lake Tahoe.  We plan on having a larger reception back in our hometown.  My question is, does anyone have any advice on places in Sedona to get married at and have a small after party of sorts that work on a low budget?  I figure we will spend more money on our larger reception, so I'd like to keep everything else small (we are looking at between 50-70 people attending the wedding).  Any help would be great...plus we want an outdoor wedding as well.

I'm getting married at Los Abrigados in the Tlaquepaque Village, but we're expecting 150 people.

When we first started looking at venues in Sedona, most of them couldn't accomodate a group our size, so the good news is, you've got quite a few options.

Jill at Tlaquepaque is great and there are a few different areas/patios there that would be perfect for you...The courtyard with all of the beautiful greenery I believe works for up to 60 people.

You might also call Rosalie's of Sedona - they do the catering for Tlaquepaque but also have their own space that looks gorgeous.

If you really want to stay on a budget, Slide Rock State Park allows weddings as well.

Sedona Rouge also has a few smaller outdoor areas that would work perfect for a group your size.

    Good luck =)
    Sarah
