guestbook help

So i really want to do a guest book like the one from the guestbookstore but I don't want to spend the 60-70 dollars on it...i've seen people that make their own...i how ever am not good with computers. so i was curious if anyone had ones they've made and wouldn't mind sharing the template!?

I have seen several on Etsy for $8-$12. You have to print them (or take them somewhere to be printed) but it is still much cheaper. And Hobby Lobby has their scrapbooks on sale for 50% off right now.
