I did mine through Costco and they were a decent price.

I'm going to back the Vistaprint suggestion!   I ordered a TON of free things from them, some really low priced stuff, and got a box full for around $40 with shipping and everything total.

Car magnet, oversized postcards for programs, regular postcards for menus, thank you magnets with our picture, a huge car magnet, a couple pens, a bride hat, return address labels, business cards for place cards with a matching/nice design on them, business cards for photo share cards, a rubber address stamp... a few other things.  LOL

I would also say VistaPrint.  But sign up for their email list first to get the discounts!  I have used them for stickers and escort cards (which were really recycled paper business cards double sided).

If you don't want to go with them, Zazzle or Magnet Street are two that I know use pictures.  There are others as well.  I used Magnet Street for my invites and love them!  I have received a lot of compliments.

For mine, I designed them on Publisher and had them printed locally.  Over 100 STD with thermography cost me $50.  The only thing is, you have to either have a business license or know someone that does.  But I made out like a bandit!
