Catering recommendations in Flagstaff or Sedona?

I looked at Foxboro Ranch and I'm like 99% sure we are going to book it! It is amazing! Sooo any recommedations for mid-range caterers from Flagstaff or Sedona area.  Simply Delicious, MainStreet, Thornagers, Josephines...anyone have thoughts on these??

    Heartline Cafe. Wonderful food. Fantastic service. My sister used them for her reception and also for her goodbye brunch. VERY reasonable!
