weight loss

i have heard a lot about the diet using HCG and I wondered if anyone has used it and if they are happy with it?

I have a friend who is currently a month in. She is doing well and working closely with her doctor, but she does feel deprived. She has lost a lot of weight so far, but her reasoning for trying it is because of the claims of losing cravings. I don't know if she feels that has really happened at this point. I think the strictness of it works for her because she has a really stressful job.

I did a 21 day round and lost 22lbs. The bad part was that I felt constantly deprived and it was EXTREMELY hard to do while being the chief cook and bottle washer for my family. Even one little lapse can result in serious weight gain.  After the cycle I did gain back 5lbs, but It did result in my weight reaching a good "set point" overall  that I seem to bounce back to effortlessly even after a bit of excess. Having the Hcg Cookbook and knowing just how many calorie free options are out there are pretty essential as steamed broccoli and grilled chicken get boring after a while. Tongue out I joined weight watchers after my cycle and now I'm losing more slowly, but it is SO much easier and I never feel deprived.

two of the women at my work are doing it.  one started a few months ago and has lost over 45lbs so far, the other one just started.  they both say how hungry they are all the time, but i've gotta give them credit for sticking with it.  i tried giving up soda today and i lasted all of 4 hours, i doubt i'd last 20 min with that diet.  it does work from what i've seen though.
