Programs and place cards.. where to start?

So , I feel like I am posting on here all the time.. probably because I am 6 weeks from my wedding with still SO much to do , and I just started my first  real job, so I am overwhelmed. I don't know where to start when it comes to the ceremony programs. I would prefer a DIY project but wouldn;t mind getting them made to save time. I want to incorporate lace, since the look my wedding is kind of vintage and classis. Any reccommendations??

Thanks sooooo  much!

I bought my programs at Michael's and am going to take them to a printing place to get them done. Try Pat Catans, Hobby Lobby, Target, etc. Look out for coupons and sales at Michaels because I got 100 programs for 25 dollars!! Not sure where you are from but Boardman Printing has been great and are extremely reasonable. If you don't want to pay for printing, you can print them out with your own printer. Hope this helps!!

I ended up DIY my programs.  There are tons of templates online.  However, if you want them made, Paper Trails in Rocky River might be a great place to check out.  They have tons of samples and do custom work as well.

I did 200+ programs (stopped counting) and if you have a few friends or family to help out... it won't be that hard at all.  Once they were printed, it took maybe 2 hours total to put them together and to tie the ribbon.  I went to Hollo's for all of the paper and card stock (for place cards, programs, table names, thank you cards), and spent under $100 for all of it.   We had the ribbon cut ahead of time, and we also printed the covers the weekend before the wedding.  We couldn't print the rest until we finalized all of the ceremony music, which didn't happen until 4 days before the wedding.  Good luck!
