I ordered a custom robe on Etsy Feb. 21st. I received on Feb. 29th a message that said "she is taking the next two week to complete all existing orders. All new orders should check back after two weeks."
I get it she is busy, but I assumed that my order was in the first batch because on Feb. 28 she asked me for my color selection. And March the 3rd she asked how soon do I need the robe. I guess this is to determine which orders are going to get finished first. Last week I asked for ETA and have not received any response. My wedding isn't until July 7th so I can give her more time but how long should I wait to open a dispute?
If she has a 3 month turn around time she needs to let people know from the start.
