Grabari Studios Feedback

Has anyone used Grabari Studios Photographers in Roselle?  I am looking into booking them and just interested in some feedback.

i didn't use them, but i won a discount from them (it was like $200 off or something) at a bridal expo. at the time i was nowhere near ready to think about a videographer so i told them that. they said okay and that i should call them when i was. however, they did not respect what i said and they kept calling and calling. i kept telling them i wasn't ready to think about this yet and i felt like they were trying to pressure me. a bride has so much stress to begin with, she shouldn't have to have a prospective vendor hounding her about going with them

We got married back in April of this year.  We used Grabari and the photographer Zara was very nice.  The videographer was kind of creepy and whiney.  He didn't seem to get along to well with the photographer much.  I would never do business with Grabari Studios again though!

1.  Their contract is a joke!  It's one page and does not list any time frame on when the total amount is due after the wedding.

2.  They don't send invoices of any kind so you have no idea what their payment terms are.

3.  You don't get to see your photos until the balance is paid off.  Why am I going to pay you for photos that I haven't seen and may not even like??

4.  They will threaten to send you to collections 2 weeks after your event if you haven't paid off your balance.

My husband and I are very dissatisfied with the studio but I would do business with the photographer again as long as she wasn't contracted by Grabari.

We had this same problem with them. I forgot what we eventually told them to get them to stop calling us. It was ridiculous though.
