where to have your wedding dress cleaned?

Hi there,

Does anyone have a sugestion of a good place in the city (or not too far off suburbs) for dress dry cleaning or preservation?

I've been putting it off, beacure I'm not sure of where to go...

Ug...I've put mine off for over a year because I don't know what to do.  There's a cleaners in Evanston (Davis Imperial Cleaners) and they specialize in wedding dress preservation, but it costs $$$. There are also cleaners around the city that can facilitate the shipping of your dress to a place that will clean and preserve for you: http://www.gownpreservation.com/
but it makes me nervous to have to send my dress away.
