Knot TV - HELP!!

Has anyone found a work around like in the old days to make Knot TV on top go away? It slows down the site to the point where it makes me not even want to try.
And that Pause button doesn't work

It's the only way I view the knot anymore. LOL. The knot is still slow though.

It's probably on auto play so they get more impressions and can charge advertisers more money. Hopefully governing agencies will put an end to it soon.
