alterations

Hello all,Does anyone have a good recommendation for alterations? My dress has a delicate overlay fabric so I want someone who is really experienced (even if it has to be a bit pricier). Thanks for your help!

I highly recommend Sue of Sue's bridal in Naperville, her and her family have been altering wedding dresses for years - full review in married bio.

Third for Sue's Bridal in Naperville!  Her work is beautiful and she has great pricing!  Personality was important to me when I was looking for a seamstress, and I loved how Sue was so down-to-earth and easy to work with!

Mary Burlingame in Glen Ellyn. She completely tore apart the back of my heavily beaded bodice and put in a corset back. Amazing! Email me if you would like her contact info. Danicacb at gmail dot com.

My daughter just used Sue's Wedding Alterations. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Sue was very creative with changes we needed in the straps and alterations, and was very reasonable. We highly recommend her.
