i am just starting to look into florists now...any good recommendations that are reasonable in price??

Gardens and Gatherings in Wasco (just west of St. Charles). She had the most affordable prices and I still got everything I wanted in flowers. Her prices were 1/2 the price I was getting quoted at other places, which is why I decided to look into more rural flowershops. Great flowers, way less expensive. Our bouquets blew me away when I showed up at the church, and the centerpieces at the reception were incredible.

I used Flowers and Stones in Beecher (southeast of Frankfort). Her prices are reasonable, but not super cheap compared to other places in the burbs. But Karen, the owner and designer, is so creative and does great work! Their contact info is in my bio. Good luck!

We're using Scheffler's Flowers. They're in Winfield but they do weddings all over the Wheaton/Naperville area. They're GREAT and Davey, the owner, is really awesome!

Tracy with Elegant Blooms.  She is located in Naperville.  Her prices are extremely reasonable, and she works with your budget.  I was very happy with my flowers.
