Ushers in Pictures?

I don't know the protocol for this...do the ushers participate in the bridal party photos? TIA

We spent 2 hours going around the city taking pictures with just the bridal party. After that we took pictures at the church and included the ushers then.

We included them in our pictures. I think those turned out the best. Pic in bio.

I think it's up to you - some consider them part of the bridal party, make them rent tuxes, etc. and take pics with them - we however did not make our ushers rent tuxes and only did the pics with us and our GM and BM.  I felt they had about the same type of role as our readers/gift bearers etc.

We included the ushers as they were my best guy friend and my brother. Kinda up to the couple, though, based on their relationship with the ushers.

Thanks ladies for your quick feedback. I think we'll include them. Both are good friends of fi's and they are renting tuxes, so no sense in letting perfectly good tuxes go unphotographed!

its up to you, its your day. if you are following a certain protocol its probably bridesmaids and groomsmen and you can always add the ushers in for a picture.

DH was just an usher in a wedding where they had the BP meet at the venue for pics a few hours before the wedding and they had the ushers arrive about an hour later.  There were some pics that were just the BP, but most had the ushers in them.

I think it depends on how close you are to them, mine will absolutely be in the pics
