I'll be as brief as possible:Dress: Wedding Belles in Barrington - A- Nice people, nice dresses, & when it came to 2 dresses (one at nearly 2x the price) they said it was the more inexpensive dress that suited me better, even when they could have made a bigger sale.Alterations: Weddings 826 - B- I felt like the dress was fine, but the hem was too long. I was tripping over the dress all day. It seemed fin in the store, so I'm not sure what the problem was. It may have been that the tulle underneathe de-poofed over time, and maybe that should have been accounted for.Tuxes: Formally modern - A-- They were friendly, got us what we needed & quickly. I found them to be a little expensive, but they had exactly the color I needed. Everyone's tuxes fit beautifully on the first shot, which definitely made our lives easy, since we had 3 out-of-towners in the wedding party.Ceremony/Reception Venue: Hilton Indian Lakes A-- They gave us rooms at the same price after the room block expired, gave me hot cider at the bar, set up my candle centerpieces for no charge, and made the room look very beautiful. Lori was great to work with. Downgrade slightly because our wedding cake was switched with another wedding going on at the same time. I'd stepped away from the table, so I wasn't aware until most of the room was served (i.e., too late).Florist: Sweet Petal - C-- The flowers were an hour late, causing me panic in what was otherwise a panic free day. I also lost an hour of pics thanks to this mistake. My bouquet was great, the bridesmaids were okay. I expected them to be prettier & have a greater variety of color, as we'd discussed, so they wouldn't blend into the bridesmaids' dresses. They blended in for the most part.Photographer: Tiger Lily - B+- She was nice, inobtrusive. We didn't get any of the creative pics I'd wanted (something on the mini-gold course, something a little grittier & more rock & roll) but I suspect we would have done them had the flowers on time. True review will ocme on receipt of pics.DJ: Toast & Jam - A+- Simply put, the music was great & we got compliments all night long. Tevis was great to work with, both nice & professional.Photobooth: Photbooth express - A- It was a big, big hit. It was literally busy every minute. Everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves & I can't wait to see the CD!
