What do you normally pay the officiant? He's our friend/my ex-boss.TIA

    The ones I looked at here in Chicago averaged anywhere from $400-$600, depending on how long the ceremony was and how customized it was.  I'm not sure what a local parish would charge since we aren't having a church wedding.  Our officiant for our DW charges $325.  HTH.
