Makeup artist North Suburbs?

I am looking for a makeup artist.  I've looking into a couple of the recommended artists but I only need makeup for myself, and won't be able to meet the huge minimums for on-site makeup.  I could never ask the bridal party to spend money on makeup when I know most of them would rather do it themselves.  And I don't think I can afford to pay for everyone's makeup and my own.   I am willing to travel to a site.  I am looking to spend no more than $250-$300.  Is it at all possible to find someone?  I'm getting nervous I won't find anyone good.

    I'm just spending $50 and going to MAC for my makeup.  I hear that they do an amazing job and the fee goes toward the makeup for the day.  I would also check out bridalbeautychicago dot com, but they come out to you and require at least 3 people for the service.

    i just booked chantel (makeupbychantel.com) and she has great prices for airbrush. i know she does a great job since she did all of our makeup for my sister-in-law's wedding a couple years ago and she's done quite a few of my sister-in-law's friends since and they all loved her. she does have a minimum, but only 3 people is needed, including yourself(no dollar amount minimum). she only does airbrush and its $65 for the girls and this comes with lashes, which is a good deal compared to prices today. BOTH my trial and day of makeup comes to $150, and this includes airbrush, touch-up, lashes, lipstick, and a mascara. Really good deal...you figure $75 for each.

    I used Carla G. (has recommendations on Wedding wire). No minimum to come out to you. The actual make up artist was Courtney and loved my make up and it lasted the whole day. She was 90 dollars for me plus 18%grautity. Or Monique Madrid is also recommended a lot on this board.

    Check out sunshinemakeup.com (no www.!)I'm using her for my day of and I think you might be pleasantly surprised at her pricing. She's a friend of a friend and I've seen her work. It's amazing!

    I had a friend of mine do my makeup. She is a professional....went to school in CA for makeup and works at MAC right now. She will come to your house. She does regular and airbrush. I did airbrush for my wedding a month ago and it was AWESOME!!!!! I would def. recommend. My makeup was flawless and I got sooooo many compliments.
