I can't believe it... our RSVP date has come and gone, and we've heard from all but one couple! We invited 145, and we have 114 coming including 5 kids and one infant. I'm so relieved that more people aren't coming... not that I wouldn't have loved to see them all, but I also didn't want to be in severe debt!

    WOW! that's absolutely wonderful!!! I understand what you're saying about the relief. As we are looking over our guest list, we're really having to cut people for the sake of not putting ourselves into severe debt, like you said.How many more days until your wedding?

    I am absolutely 100% with you, mara! We only have about 6 people left to hear from (rsvp date was Nov 1st) and we're at 136/160--perfect! Just what we wanted! I am surprised a little at how few no's we got in the first place, but that picked up a bit. Being in the 130s puts us closer to our minimum instead of over (we budgeted for 2k over the min.) so we're right on task!ahhh...relief! But yeah---I would love to have them all there and more, but still...=)
