Photographer Recommendations Needed

I am a DFW knottie but originally from NWI. I am thinking about having some engagement photos taken at Christmas time in downtown Chicago, Navy Pier, or Millenium Park. Can you recommend a cheap photographer that I can call? I am more interested in a one hour session where at the end I will receive the unedited negatives. Thanks.

    Don't know exactly how much this costs with my photographer because our engagement session was part of our package. But I would def. give them a call. We used Wes from Modern Image Studios in Downers Grove (I think it's Downers Grove). He was awesome!!!! He did our engagement session and our wedding and he was unbelieveable! Very journalistic and artsy. Plus his personality is great! We....and our bridal party....loved him!

    Check out our photographer, Erica Rose Photography. She's a freelance photographer and offers very reasonably priced a la carte items like 1 hour sessions (I think an engagement session is $150 which includes the photos on a cd). We can't wait to work with her! erosephoto.com

    bdklatt - We're using Wes from Modern Image, too!  I've been friends with him and his family for years.  He's a great guy!  I always smile when I see a good review for him.  :)J

    heather parker was our photographer. she did our engagement and wedding. i recently referred a friend to her who is getting married overseas and she did their engagement photos. i am not sure what the price is but she was reasonable when we worked with her. i see a lot of upcoming brides on here also using her.

    www.alejandrophotography.comhe is a chicago and miami based photographer that has a lot of wedding, lifestyle, and high fashion experience. He may cut you a deal..very laid back. Worth emailing him!!

    I second Erica Rose - we just had our engagement shoot - it was awesome.    She's quite affordable and really takes some great pics!
