Forever Images - anybody used them?

My sister is considering them for her wedding and I never looked into them when I was planning my wedding a couple years ago.  Their prices look great, but I wanted to see about people's personal experiances with them.I know the Chi Knotties always have great advice to offer.  Thanks Ladies!

    Beware of this company. Please!

    I think their BBB of F speaks for itself...

    We have not received our photos or video & haven't received back any personal pictures/USB provided to Forever Images and the owner, Joe Dony refuses to return calls or emails. We were married over a year ago and we are still trying to get what we've paid for and what's been stolen from us.
     
    So please, look elsewhere for Photo and Video for your wedding so that you don't run into this issue.
     
    Also, please look at other reviews as this is a constant issue. BEWARE, PLEASE!
