Budget cake

I am looking for a wedding cake for 100-130 people that is under $200.  I like simple cakes, so I don't need fondant, or any fancy decorations.  I just want a pretty, tasty cake.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Jewel actually does some cute wedding cakes and their cake is pretty good. Also, check out Sam's Club and Super Walmart (if they have a bakery) because their cakes are great as well. We're using dinascakes.com and she is pretty willing to work with just about any budget, especially if you don't want anything fancy.

I'm not sure where your wedding is, but we used Sugar N Spice in Bourbonnais. Her contact info is my married bio. She was great to work with!

We're getting married in Hyde Park (southside of the city).  I'm hoping to find a bakery on the southside of Chicago.

Cake Walk on 87th and Pulaski is also an awesome bakery! My south side family uses them for all our special occasions. It's a mom & pop shop, so I don't know that they have a website but their # is (773) 582-3402‎.
