More invitation questions...

How far in advance did you order your invites? Where did you order from? What was the cost per invite? TIA!!

I worked with a friend of mine who made 85 invites for $500. They were DIY that I didn't have to do, and it was worth the extra cost for me to not have to make them! My friend does amazing work...let me know if you want her info.

I ordered mine from theamericanwedding.com.  I'm not sure the cost per invite, but the ones I chose weren't that much.  I ordered them about two months before they were sent out.  They can very quickly.

I am making mine. I am actually making my pocketfolds too. It isn't too hard, the hardest part was figuring out how to get what I wanted out of 12x12 paper. (My mom is really the mastermind behind this all) Anyway, we have been working on them for about a month or 2, wedding is in April. The paper is being ordered from Archivers and one other place (I will have to find out if you want to know) and they are going to cost 1.67 each. It is a Navy pocketfold with 2 additional insert cards. Also I am using linen white paper, which makes it look like you didn't print them at home:) IMO!
